Plaintiff Jeffrey Lee Allen claims that Defendant Labor Ready Southwest, Inc. (“Labor Ready”) violated state wage and hour laws and unfair competition laws by, among other things: failing to pay minimum wage and overtime; failing to provide compliant meal and/or rest periods; failing to pay wages timely upon termination; failing to provide compliant wage statements; failing to reimburse for work-related expenses; and other related failures. Labor Ready denies all these allegations and asserts that it has fully complied with all of its legal obligation
